RH will keep track of all the new vacancies, specific to your candidate skills. RH team member will apply to all the new vacancies as and when they are posted. He will follow up the resume submissions with a telephone call, negotiate pay rates with the clients and eventually help you place your candidates. RH team member will do everything to place your candidates on bench.
